The Challenge
SoulCycle operates a massive global network of premium indoor cycling studios, but fitness is inherently local. To drive class bookings and retention in the highly competitive Texas market, the Dallas studio needed to strengthen its regional identity. The challenge was to build a localized digital presence that highlighted the unique energy of their specific instructors and community, without deviating from SoulCycle’s iconic national brand standards.

1. Creative Direction We built a distinct visual identity for the Dallas market rooted in movement, emotion, and community culture.
